After we back to work from the Chinese New Year Holiday 2025, we rushed to finish the order of aluminum corrugated sheets in a container within ten days, then we inspected the product by took pictures, issued the products test report to our customers.
The aluminum corrugated sheets we inspected it's thickness, sizes (length, width) and the package. everything are meet the production standard GBT/3880-2020 and aluminum international standard ASTM B209.
Thickness Inspection: the order thickness is 1.0mm, the actually thickness is 0.99mm, it meets the standards and customer's requirment.
The width inpection: we use 1000mm width aluminum coil to process into corrugated aluminum sheets width 900mm, the test of actually width is 900mm.
The order length of corrugated aluminum sheets is 3000mm, the actually length is 3001mm, it also meet the production standard and customer's requirement.
Packing: We use strong and fumigated wooden box, to protect goods well free from demage during shipment, customer saw the packing pictures and approved the package.
Surface inspection: corrugated aluminum sheets we provide usually covered with PVC film to protect the surface free from scratches and moisrture in the air, the aluminum corrugated sheets surface also with such film to protect goods surface well. Then we put some bags of silica gel into packages.
The outside shipping marks: the shipping marks printed under customer's requirement then put on outside pack, each pallet with one lable of shipping marks.
