2. Specifications of aluminum circles:
Aluminum Circle/Disc is mainly used for general commercial and industrial uses, like the cookwares (fry pan, pots, rice cooker, milk containers, jars, kettles), lampshades, road sign board etc. With high quality casting and rolling coils or hot-rolled coils as raw materials ,it goes through different cold rolling deformation, slitting, annealing and finally stamping into an aluminum disc, then packaging for delivery.

DC aluminum circles are perfect for deep-drawing applications such as rice cooker liners, while CC aluminum circles offer greater cost-effectiveness and can replace DC circles in certain deep-drawing scenarios.

Outer Packaging: Hard cardboard boxes, wooden crates, or plywood pallets are used for reinforcement. Boxes are sealed with waterproof tape to keep out moisture and dust.
Fixing & Protection: For large quantities, circles are stacked neatly and secured with straps to prevent shifting during transit. Edge protectors are added to avoid edge damage.
