The application of aluminum circles is vast and central to many products we use daily. Their key advantage is being a form-friendly, high-performance starting material for manufacturing:
1. Cookware & Kitchen Utensils (The Most Common Application)
2. Lighting Industry
3. Electronics & Appliances
4. Automotive Parts
5. Traffic Signs
6. General Hardware & Crafts

The goal of packing aluminum circles is to protect them from scratches, dirt, and moisture during storage and shipping. Good packing ensures they arrive in perfect, clean condition, ready for manufacturing.
Here are the most common and simple packing methods:
1. Stack Packing (The Most Common Method)
How: Aluminum circles of the same size are stacked neatly into a pile.
Protection:
Interleaving: A sheet of paper or plastic is placed between each circle to prevent metal-to-metal contact and scratches.
Top & Bottom Protection: Thick cardboard or wooden caps are placed on the top and bottom of the stack.
Final Pack: The entire stack is then wrapped tightly in:
A strong, waterproof plastic film (like stretch wrap).
Or a plastic woven cloth.
For Export: The wrapped stack is then placed into a wooden crate or a strong wooden pallet to make it easy for forklifts to move.
2. Box Packing (For Smaller Quantities)
How: Smaller quantities or circles of smaller diameter are packed directly into sturdy cardboard or plywood boxes.
Protection: The circles are still separated by paper, and the box is filled with void-fill material like wood shavings or paper to prevent movement.
3. Vertical Packing (For Precision Surfaces)
How: Circles are stood on their edge (vertically) in a special rack or box.
Why: This method is used for circles with very high surface quality requirements, as it minimizes the risk of surface abrasion.
