1. What is the aluminum alloy 3004?
3004 aluminum belongs to the 3xxx series (manganese as the principal alloying element), but with a critical difference: it contains 1.0% to 1.5% magnesium in addition to manganese. This magnesium addition gives 3004 approximately 25% higher strength than standard 3003 aluminum.

2. The difference between alloy aluminum 3003 and 3004:
Aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy grade 3004 is created by adding manganese and magnesium to regular aluminum.
