1. What is Painted Aluminum Coil?
In simple terms, PE coated aluminum coil sheet refers to the product that is produced by cleaning, chromizing, roll coating, and baking the aluminum coil, and then applying various colors of paint on the surface of the aluminum coil.
2. What are the usage of Painted Aluminum Coil ?
Due to its lightweight texture, vibrant color, easy processing, and resistance to rust, PE coated aluminum coil sheet is widely used in many fields, such as insulation panels, aluminum curtain walls, aluminum magnesium manganese roofing systems, and aluminum ceilings. The various patterns on the surface of the PE coated aluminum coil sheet include wood grain, stone grain, brick pattern, camouflage pattern, fabric pattern, etc. Depending on the application, it is often used as roofing material (aluminum magnesium manganese roofing system), ceiling (aluminum alloy ceiling production), brushed panel (surface brushed treatment), and more.
3. What is the difference between PE and PVDF Painted Aluminum Coil?
PE coated aluminum coil sheet can be easily divided into surface coating paint and primer due to different processing and usage purposes. According to the raw materials of the coating paint, it can be further divided into polyester (PE) coated aluminum coil and fluorocarbon (PVDF) coated aluminum coil. Of course, there are also cases where one side is coated with fluorocarbon and the other side is coated with polyester, or even both sides are coated with fluorocarbon compounds.

3. Advantages of Color Coated Aluminum Coil:
Excellent temperature resistance, as the melting point of aluminum is 660 degrees, which is generally not reached under normal temperatures.

tion. The use of chromium-free treatment solution and roller coating materials containing activated chemical molecules promote the formation of a protective layer on the material surface. The stable activated chemical molecules are easy to recycle and meet environmental requirements.
The surface oxide film is dense, with strong adhesion and resistance to oxidation, acid, alkali, corrosion, decay, and UV rays.
Uniform and long-lasting color. The color is even and delicate, providing a gentle and beautiful appearance. It avoids the individual color differences of traditional spray coatings, ensuring consistent color regardless of the size of the ceiling.
Strong bonding and high surface strength. It allows for free cutting, grooving, arc shaping, balance, drilling, seam fixing, and edge forming.
