1. Why we use Color Painted Aluminum Sheet?
Color painted aluminum sheet is a type of material that has exceptional resistance to acid and is coated to ensure long-lasting brightness. It is both eco-friendly and possesses fire-resistant qualities, making it an attractive and visually pleasing decorative option. Color coated aluminum sheets find extensive application in various areas such as ACP, curtain panels, honeycomb panels, shutters, roofing, and numerous other decorative purposes.
2. Which types of Color Painted Aluminum Sheet we can provide?
We can provduce super quality of color coated aluminum sheets in PE and PVDF coating.
1) PE color coated aluminum sheet is manufactured using advanced roller coating technology, ensuring high performance and excellent paint quality. All performance parameters meet or exceed national standards.
PVDF (fluorine-carbon) coating is made from fluorine carbon resin, pigment, and ester solvent. After undergoing high temperature roasting and baking, the paint forms a solid and durable film with exceptional weather resistance. There are two types of PVDF coating available: traditional PVDF and nanometer PVDF coating.
2) Traditional PVDF coating, utilizing KYNAR500 PVDF, undergoes two or three rounds of coating and baking. It possesses excellent properties such as resistance to acid and alkali, making it highly durable in harsh weather conditions. This coating can maintain its color for up to 15 years without any unwanted fading. Therefore, we highly recommend using this panel for external wall cladding.
3) Nanometer PVDF coating, on the other hand, differs from traditional PVDF coating in that it has a clear finish. It contains nanometer elements that provide protection against pollution. Additionally, the self-cleaning effect of nanometer elements allows for easy removal of dust and pollution through rain or water.

Packing of Color Coated Aluminum Coil Sheet:
Use the strong wooden pallets, eye to sky (Standard up), ID: 508mm with cardbaord, each coil about 2-3tons.
All the color coated aluminum coil or sheets surface coverd with tranparent or black-white PE protection film to avoid any scratches, and water-proof packages will be provided to keep color coated aluminum sheets coil keep dry and anti-mosture during delivery and shipment.
