Brushed Anodized Aluminum Sheet

Brushed aluminum sheets are created by using abrasive paper to repeatedly scrape lines onto the surface of the aluminum sheet. 

The process consists of three main steps: degreasing, sanding, and washing. During the line scraping process, a special skin membrane technology is used after anodization to create a thin layer on the surface of the aluminum sheet that contains metal elements. This layer is visible in the form of tiny silk marks, giving the metal a glossy appearance.
