1. Why need stock aluminum coil mill finish?
Our warehouse usually keep some aluminum coil mill finish in standard and normal sizes beacuse of these reasons:
1) The production time of aluminum coil generally about 15-20 days. If customized production, it is difficult to meet customers' demand for the fast period of time.
2) Aluminum coil is a kind of anti-corrossion material that can be stored for a long time in a dry and ventilated warehouse.
3) Therefore, our company often has large quantity of stock aluminum coil and aluminum sheets in various specifications for customers to choose in order to meets the needs of customers fast time delivery requirment.
2. Which specifications of stock aluminum coil do you have?
The commonly used stock aluminum rolls include 1060 aluminum coil, 3003 aluminum coil, and 5052 aluminum coil. The thickness between 0.40mm-3.0mm, the width with 1000mm, 1220mm, and 1250mm, these are standard sizes aluminum coil that normally use for building and industrials.
The stock aluminum coil specification can be cut according to customer’s order requirements, and the surface of aluminum coil can be anodized, color coated, embossed with pvc film protection covered, and it also can divide into small aluminum rolls in short length.
3. How about the quality of stock aluminum coil?
There is no quality problem for the stock aluminum coil. Same as the customized produced aluminum coil, the stock aluminum coil has been tested and inspected quality strictly after production. Before delivering out to customers, we will check again the surface status of aluminum coil to see if the aluminum coil surface with corrosion or oxidation. If it belongs to defect product, it is not allowed to delivery out to customer.
