Aluminum Circle & Disc Packaging and Shipping
Aluminum circle & disc are typically packaged in a crisscross manner to ensure proper storage and transportation.
When transporting, it is important to wrap a layer of neutral or slightly acidic material around the surface of the aluminum foil roll before placing it in the packaging.
The overlapping joints should be secured with adhesive tape and cushioned with a soft material to protect the ends of the aluminum foil roll.
Place a desiccant inside the roll and wrap it with plastic film. The sealed part of the outer plastic film should be securely taped, while the remaining parts at both ends should be inserted into the core.
Secure the wrapped aluminum circle onto a cross using steel tape, and attach a label to the end face of the roll.
Be mindful of the transportation method and handle with care during loading and unloading.
