Aluminum checker plates also known as anti-slip aluminum plates or aluminum tread plates, with the feature of various embossed patterns on their surface to provide anti-slip functionality. These plates are not only aesthetically pleasing but also offer high-strength reinforcement, excellent flexibility, and the ability to withstand significant bending without breaking. Aluminum checker plates come in various types, based on the pattern type, they can be classified into one-bar, two-bar, three-bar, and five-bar patterns, all primarily designed for anti-slip purposes. Among these, one-bar and five-bar anti-slip aluminum plates are the most commonly used.

Five-Bar Patterned aluminum checker plate: Also known as willow leaf pattern plate, this type has five paralle bars with each pattern forming a 60-80 degree angle with the adjacent ones, offering excellent anti-slip performance. Patterned aluminum plates are mainly made from 1-series, 3-series, and 5-series alloys:
1060 Patterned Plate: Known for its low cost, it is suitable for common environments like cold storage and flooring.
3003 Patterned Plate: Representing the 3-series, this type offers better strength than the 1-series but has lower hardness and corrosion resistance compared to the 5-series. It is generally used for trucks and cold storage.
5052 and 5083 Patterned Plates: Representing the 5-series, these plates offer excellent performance, high hardness, and superior corrosion resistance, making them suitable for high-moisture environments like ships and vehicle compartments.
